We are taking some extra measures to ensure your safety during the 2020 season and beyond.
SANITISATION
Keeping our cottages in pristine condition along with a high standard of cleanliness has always been of the upmost importance to us. In addition to our regular deep cleaning procedure your cottage will be completely disinfected and sanitised prior to check in, we are using state of the art equipment to ensure this is done thoroughly and effectively.
CONTACT FREE CHECK IN AND PAYMENT PROCEDURES
Payment will be taken virtually on the morning of your arrival using the details you provided
when you made your reservation. If you wish to use an alternate method for payment please let us know prior to your arrival.
We have removed our information folders from the cottages and will email our welcome folder to you, this will include any information you may need during your stay and our contact details.
We have always had a great deal of pride in our personal service and although our communications this season will be very different, using email as our main contact, please know that we will be here to assist you with any help you may require.
