From your own private patio enjoy pristine views of the ocean and surrounding mountains. All cottages have one bedroom, living room with small kitchen area (no stove - there is a sink, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, utensils etc), a fireplace, whirlpool bathtub, 4 piece bath. Bedrooms have queen size bed and high quality solid wood furniture. Cottages are equipped with air-conditioning, housekeeping facilities, a pullout double sofa bed in the living room, satellite TV & VCR, telephone, hair dryer and bath robes. The large picture window in the living room provides each cottage with a fabulous ocean view.
A welcome to Seascape's fresh seafood hors d'oeuvre made daily by our gourmet chef awaits you upon arrival at your cottage.
Specialty Picnics are available, take one with you on your day's adventure or enjoy it right here in the garden, on your patio or down on the beach below.
We are happy to provide you with outdoor adventure information on hiking, kayaking, beaches, mountain biking, golf, nature watching or just secluded, relaxing places to take a stroll to and enjoy the serenity of the area.
Kayaks and Mountain Bikes are available at no extra charge to you.
 SEASCAPE GARDENS
A sheltered and peaceful domain where you can relax after a day of outdoor adventure. A spa tub awaits you and is surrounded by a wooden deck for your privacy. Soft lighting adds to the ambiance of the gardens and extends the time you can spend here.
A pathway leads you through the garden, over a small stream, alongside the pond and into the courtyard where you can sit and read, chat or enjoy a drink before dinner. Various seating areas are provided throughout the garden, to sit and enjoy the peaceful tranquillity. There is an area devoted to growing herbs and vegetables which are used in the restaurant. Vines and climbing plants soften the fence and produce flowers and fruit which fill the air with a wonderful scent.
OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES
We at Seascape Coastal Retreat are happy to share with you our vast knowledge of the outdoor adventure venues in the area.
Hiking: There is something for everyone, from a rugged and challenging wilderness hike, to a walk along a gently meandering pathway beside a picturesque river bank, or have a stroll along a secluded sandy beach. Take your binoculars along and see close up the whales and seals playing in their natural environment, look up and see an eagle soar, watch the seabirds hunt for food where the sand and sea meet. In the forest see moose, deer and hundreds of little woodland creatures go about their daily business.
| Kayak: In beautiful bays filled with small islands where you can stop off and enjoy a secluded picnic. Inland lakes provide a wonderful and safe environment to kayak where you can come upon forest creatures taking a drink. Or for the more adventurous explore the rugged coastline and possibly spend time with a friendly pod of pilot whales. |

| Beaches: Spend the day at one of the many beautiful unspoilt beaches the area has to offer, where you can have fun in the waves, go snorkelling, or just sit and gaze at the spectacular landscape on the oceanside or have a relaxing swim in the calm shallow waters on the bay side while watching the water dance and sparkle in the sun. |

| Golf: Spend your day golfing at the Highlands Links golf course which has breathtaking ocean and woodland scenery. Three more golf courses are close by, two are within one hour's drive and the other about two hours away. |

Whale Watching: Two and a half hour tours bring you regular sightings of Minke, Pilot, Fin and sometimes Humpback Whales. Also see Seals, Turtles and many varieties of seabirds.
Tennis, kayak lessons, fishing, and sightseeing tours are all available close by.
